Salary: $15-18/hour + tips

Line Cook

Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic Mexican dishes according to recipes
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work efficiently during busy periods
  • Keep kitchen clean and organized
  • Assist with food preparation and inventory

Requirements: Culinary experience preferred, knowledge of Mexican cuisine a plus, food safety certification.

Salary: $16-20/hour

Assistant Manager

Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations
  • Train and mentor staff members
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback
  • Manage inventory and ordering supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements: 2+ years management experience in food service, leadership skills, problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $45,000-55,000/year

Cashier

Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Greet customers with friendly service
  • Maintain clean and organized front counter
  • Answer customer questions about menu items

Requirements: Strong math skills, customer service experience, attention to detail.

Salary: $14-16/hour

Kitchen Manager

Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and staff
  • Ensure food quality and consistency
  • Manage kitchen schedules and labor costs
  • Maintain food safety standards
  • Develop and train kitchen team

Requirements: 3+ years kitchen management experience, culinary degree preferred, strong leadership and organizational skills, knowledge of food safety regulations.

Salary: $50,000-60,000/year + benefits
